The discounted lodging rooms at the host hotel are officially sold out. Additional rooms were requested, but the event manager shared that they are not able to add any more rooms to the block because they are already projecting a sellout for those dates. Embassy Suites, which is directly across the street, was also contacted, and we were told that because of other events in town, they are not accepting any additional rooms outside of group room blocks.
Please do not wait to book your stay. Rooms in the area will sell out soon, so I strongly encourage everyone to secure their hotel accommodations as soon as possible.
